Direct therapy and teletherapy $193/HR
Therapy costs are based on the NDIS Price Guidelines.
Assessment/ Reporting $193/HR
We are able to complete comprehensive assessments and reporting for families. This includes clinical reporting and reports for funding bodies e.g. NDIS.
Travel costs
For home visits or community visits travel costs will vary depending on your location. We will discuss any travel costs with you prior to starting any therapy. If you are looking to reduce travel costs, all our services can be provided via teletherapy.
Services we charge for:

Meeting with you to complete assessment and develop goals for therapy/review progress

Equipment Applications

Support Letters

Communication with you or any agreed upon health care provider/stakeholder regarding therapy or goal areas. Consent will be obtained for this - as per our privacy policy below

Developing therapy programs/resources or mealtime management plans

Reporting (including to the NDIS) or mandatory reporting to professional bodies under our duty of care

Travel time
Services we do not charge for:

Initial phone calls to ensure that our services will meet your needs

Discussing and signing our service agreement with you

Scheduling and booking in appointments

Any preparation for therapy sessions

Completing invoices and payments
Policies
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. This ensures that we can offer the appointment for another client that is on our waitlist. If an appointment is unable to be filled due to short notice, or you do not attend, the full appointment fee will be billed. This will also include any agreed travel time.
If we notice that you are regularly cancelling or not attending appointments with us, we will work with you to overcome this. APlayC will also give clients as much notice as possible should an appointment need to be cancelled and will re-schedule as soon as possible.
